If you get a fine line tattoo at Outliers Ink then no, the tattoo will not blow out. This is down to poor application. And pain is subjective, most of our clients fall asleep and it is dependent on your own personal pain threshold, but for the most part we don’t find that fine line tattoos are more painful than any other tattoo style and they bleed less dues to them being less traumatic.
